I always try and give a top session each time, its not the same each time, but I find being reactive to the client training is the best way. IE

Rosemary may not be as accomplished as Johnny in technique, so to hammer the technique

 

We use technique combination repetition across the ring, mixed up with tabata's and press ups and other callisthenics exercises to juice it up.

 

Johnny may want to go straight onto blast the pads/ bags.

 

So at the Business Enterprise meeting this morning I found out what a blog is for ha-ha,
